x1bet Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the x1bet platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of the x1bet website at x1bet.one. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from x1bet or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

x1bet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

To access the full range of x1bet services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

x1bet reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or when unusual account activity is detected. You agree to provide any documentation requested by x1bet for KYC purposes, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account, bank account confirmation)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your x1bet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

x1bet strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. This feature is available in your account security settings and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.

You must notify x1bet immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. x1bet will not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions that occur as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

x1bet will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from x1bet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to x1bet support immediately.

x1bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit and debit cards. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at x1bet's discretion.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your x1bet wallet within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• x1bet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• x1bet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. Unverified accounts may not be able to process withdrawals until KYC requirements are satisfied.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into your x1bet account.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• x1bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account wallet section.

x1bet operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any deposits or withdrawals that appear inconsistent with normal gaming activity may be subject to enhanced due diligence, temporary holds, or referral to relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law.

x1bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the individual promotion, which will be made available at the time the offer is presented.

The following general bonus terms apply to all x1bet promotions unless otherwise stated:

x1bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.

All bets placed on x1bet are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product category (live casino, slots, bingo, fishing games). These rules are accessible within each game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bets are final once confirmed. x1bet does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, x1bet reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players' wallets.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface prior to placing a wager.
• x1bet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in regulated studio environments.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the result recorded in x1bet's server logs shall be considered definitive.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x1bet platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the x1bet platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing x1bet staff, live dealers, or other players
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

x1bet employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct will be reviewed by the x1bet compliance team, and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with these Terms and applicable Philippine law.

All content on the x1bet platform — including but not limited to the x1bet name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of x1bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the x1bet platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the x1bet platform without prior written consent from x1bet.

Any unauthorized use of x1bet's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x1bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

x1bet does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. x1bet will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, x1bet's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall x1bet's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your x1bet account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x1bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. x1bet recognizes that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and takes its duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all x1bet players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your x1bet wallet.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will be notified when your limit is approaching.

x1bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward x1bet staff or other players
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from Philippine authorities
• Voluntary account closure requested by the player

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting x1bet customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

x1bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with x1bet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

x1bet implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and x1bet cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

x1bet will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

x1bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, x1bet will provide notice to registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the x1bet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of x1bet, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting x1bet customer support. x1bet will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 15 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. x1bet also cooperates with relevant Philippine gaming regulatory bodies in the resolution of player complaints where applicable.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.
